Group Coaching
Silver offering is a 3 month journey where participants apply the lessons learnt in the workshop to their real projects. They also learn from each other and our leadership coaches through group coaching sessions.
Silver has everything from Bronze, plus the following:

Application in real projects
After the initial week-long workshop, participants will have the opportunity to apply the lessons learned as tech anchors on their own projects.
This will allow them to put their new skills into practice in a real-world setting.

Group coaching every other week for 3 months.
These group coaching sessions create a space for participants to discuss their experiences, reflections, and learnings with the coaches as well as their fellow learning peers.

Peer to peer experience sharing
Group coaching session enable participants to share their insights from practical application with the entire group
